All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure but not related to misuse.

If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only and reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.

DALTEX INDUSTRIES ‘CHANGE OF MIND POLICY’

Not excluding your rights under consumer law, DALTEX INDUSTRIES “change of mind policy” is as follows:

DALTEX INDUSTRIES is not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price or to exchange items if you have changed your mind about the purchase.

Under the DALTEX INDUSTRIES ‘Change of Mind Policy’, if you change your mind we do offer a refund, exchange or gift card to the value of the purchase price for most items, provided that:

(a) you return the item within 60 days from the date of purchase (28 days for sale items)

(b) the item is in its original condition

(c) all original labels and tickets are attached to the item

(d) you provide an original Daltex Industries tax invoice as proof of purchase

Provided the above has been met, store purchases can be returned in person to any DALTEX INDUSTRIES store or by post to;

DALTEX INDUSTRIES online Purchases

Provided the above has been met, online purchases can be returned by post using the online return service, or in-person to any DALTEX INDUSTRIES store for an exchange (please take your emailed invoice as proof of purchase with you) Refund requests for online purchases made using PayPal or After Pay cannot be processed in-store and must be returned via the online return portal for a refund via PayPal or After Pay.

When can I expect my parcel?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping address on the order, and the available shipping options. Generally, in-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days of being ordered.

At checkout, you will see an estimated delivery timeframe for each available shipping option before you submit your order.
